Pricing
We understand that therapy is a significant investment — financially, emotionally, and personally. Clear pricing and options for using your insurance benefits are meant to help make this step feel more informed and supported.
-
Self-pay gives you more control over your care. Sessions aren’t restricted by insurance requirements, diagnoses, or session limits.
Even though services are self-pay, you may still be able to use your insurance benefits through out-of-network reimbursement.
-
While insurance is not billed directly, many clients successfully use their out-of-network benefits.
With services like Thrizer, you can:
You only pay your copay or out-of-pocket portion at the time of your session
Claims are submitted for you, and your benefits are estimated before you start
This can make self-pay therapy more accessible while allowing you to take advantage of insurance coverage without added stress or upfront costs.

Assessment appointment: $220
45-minute (standard) therapy session: $180
60-minute therapy session: $250
Sometimes 45 minutes just isn’t enough time to fully settle in and do deeper work — especially if you process by talking or feel like sessions go by too quickly.
Therapy intensives are added on to a standard session to create a longer appointment and allow more time to dig deeper without feeling rushed.
Intensives are billed at $125 for each additional 30 minutes
They are scheduled alongside your regular session to extend your time
They’re especially helpful if you tend to process verbally, have a lot to unpack, or want more space to do meaningful work in one sitting
Extended sessions can help create a slower, more spacious experience where there’s time to explore, reflect, and connect the dots without watching the clock.
