Hi, I’m Stephanie Kelly

I’m a trauma-informed therapist and the founder of Thrive and Bloom Counseling. I work with thoughtful, high-achieving individuals and who are navigating anxiety, perfectionism, and burnout. My clients are often the ones others rely on—driven, capable, and deeply self-aware—yet quietly overwhelmed inside.

I started Thrive and Bloom after learning—through both personal and professional experience—that perfectionism has no place in healing. As a therapist and a mother who’s known deep grief, I’ve come to believe that true growth doesn’t come from pushing harder, but from softening into who we really are.

In our work together, I blend somatic therapy, EMDR, mindfulness, and self-compassion to support both your insight and your body’s wisdom. I believe therapy should feel like an exhale—a space to lay it all down, reconnect with your truth, and begin to grow in a way that feels sustainable and real.
