Hi, I’m Stephanie Kelly

Thrive and Bloom Counseling was created for people who are tired of fighting their own minds.

I’m Stephanie, and I work with children, teens, young adults, and parents who feel trapped in cycles of anxiety, chronic worry, and perfectionism. Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable, and deeply caring, yet spend an exhausting amount of energy trying to feel “sure,” calm, or in control.

I believe anxiety isn’t a personal failure, and healing isn’t about becoming fearless. My work focuses on helping clients understand what their anxiety is doing, why it sticks around, and how to respond differently. Without shame or self-criticism.

Using evidence-based approaches for anxiety and OCD, alongside mindfulness and self-compassion, I help clients build a life that feels meaningful and flexible rather than restricted by fear. Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and grounded in real life. Not quick or surface-level coping skills.

You don’t have to eliminate anxiety to move forward. You just have to learn how to stop organizing your life around it.
